Hotel Diament Economy Gliwice

The breakfast was in the other hotel nearby but the breakfast spread was exceptionnel. Location was also in the city centre, nearby to everything including the train station. Only issue I had was the unavailability of iron. Requested on the 1st day of arrival and none of the staff are able to let me know if its available or not. Air conditioning was also not available and the scorching summer heat made it worse. If only its available the would most probably be the best hotel in Gliwice. All in all, will surely be returning to this hotel for the next round. Really loved the ambiance.

I've been upgraded from Diament Economy to Diament Plaza, which is the 4 star hotel. So I obviously don't complain, but there wouldn't be anything to wine about anyways: it was clean, spacious, kind staff ... the whole 9 yards.

The location of the hotel, the delicious breakfast, and the good attention of the personnel to detail were the highlights of my stay there.

Location is great: close to the city center and a railway station. Lovely receptionist. The lady helped me twice. The hotel is quite and small
