Hotel Diament Economy Gliwice

Fantastic location, very close to the market square, the train station, and the palmarnia was within walking distance. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The buffet breakfast had a variety of options, and the scrambled eggs were cooked to order. 12pm check out was really great

Spacial rooms, clean, the personnel is nice and helpful, the bathrooms are well equipped and maintained to be clean and tidy. The location is exceptional.

Great value for the price! Booked 3-star Hotel, but got upgraded for free to another 4 star one of the same chain located near by. Everything top-notch! I can only recommend it.

The breakfast was in the other hotel nearby but the breakfast spread was exceptionnel. Location was also in the city centre, nearby to everything including the train station. Only issue I had was the unavailability of iron. Requested on the 1st day of arrival and none of the staff are able to let me know if its available or not. Air conditioning was also not available and the scorching summer heat made it worse. If only its available the would most probably be the best hotel in Gliwice. All in all, will surely be returning to this hotel for the next round. Really loved the ambiance.

I've been upgraded from Diament Economy to Diament Plaza, which is the 4 star hotel. So I obviously don't complain, but there wouldn't be anything to wine about anyways: it was clean, spacious, kind staff ... the whole 9 yards.
